Background
NeoFusion Creative Foundation actively works with marginalized communities to ensure that adolescents have access to quality education, creative learning, and personal growth opportunities. Through awareness workshops, counselling, and Performing & Visual Arts programmes, we empower young people to build confidence, skills, and brighter futures.
Young Creative Changemakers
Under our Community Outreach Programme, Young Creative Changemakers empowers senior NeoFusion students to teach Performing & Visual Arts at partner NGOs under the guidance of their mentors, Pankaj Sir and Avinash Sir.
More than an art programme, this initiative nurtures leadership, responsibility, confidence, and a spirit of giving back to the community. We welcome NGOs interested in partnering with us to bring creative learning opportunities to children and youth.
Together, we are creating the next generation of changemakers.
Goal
Our objective is to ensure that every child is guiding the right way to emerge as a productive member of society. This program aims at achieving the following:

- Bridge the Education Gap
- Career Guidance
- Vocational Skill Program
- Personality Development
Impact
Over 5,000 adolescents have participated in outreach sessions, with many re-enrolling in school or joining skill-based programs.
